Ignatius Who?

I'm going to loosely follow a friend's commitment to a 31-day challenge with Ignatius.

I often refer to Richard Foster, who himself often refers to Ignatius of Loyala as a source of great instruction about the examined life.

    Thanks for the shout out!

    I love Ignatian Spirituality - it really fits with my own spirituality and the other thing I love about it is that it is not overly 'religious' - the way it helps you to examine your life would be useful to believers and non-believers alike!
